I feel the effects long after the session is over. I feel stronger, more flexible, my circulation seems better, and lymph drainage and inflammation are less. Christopher is amazing. Very professional. He pushes to get the best stretch, but is careful not to cause intolerable pain. I always feel better after a visit.
I have to say that I didn't think that stretching would make that much of a difference in how I felt , but it did! Christopher was amazing and very professional. He always made sure if I was comfortable throughout the entire session. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and make the time for it!
