Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment: Full payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Memberships: Clients signing up for memberships agree to an automatic monthly payment to be processed on the anniversary date of sign-up using the payment method provided by the client. Memberships may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Membership rates will vary based on the package selected by the client.
- Cancellations: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where services cannot be rendered due to our fault or unforeseeable circumstances.
